Server logs. Our web server automatically records standard access information when you visit the Site: IP address, browser type and version, referring page, pages visited, and timestamp. Scheduling. Buttons and links on this Site that say "Schedule a Consultation" or "Book a Time" connect to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. If you use Calendly to book an appointment, the information you provide — including your name, email address, and any notes — is collected and handled by Calendly. We receive that information in order to prepare for and conduct the consultation. Calendly's privacy practices are governed by their own policy at calendly.com/privacy.
Support portal. The Client Support link on this Site connects to our managed service support portal, which operates under separate terms of service. If you are an existing client, refer to those terms for information about how support-related data is handled.
Direct contact. If you contact us by phone or email, we retain that communication for business purposes in the ordinary course of providing services.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above only to:
